CFW Summer Camp

Center for Wildlife Summer Camp is the perfect place for your aspiring naturalist to connect with the natural world while making new friends. Our staff of educators and camp leaders have years of experience creating fun and safe environments for children to learn. Through hands-on activities and encounters with our live ambassador animals, your child is guaranteed an experience they won’t forget. 

 

Spaces are limited each week so be sure to reserve your spot as soon as possible! If you are a CFW member, don’t forget to log in when registering to receive 10% registration.

Each week will feature a nature-based theme and include guided exploration, active learning, animal encounters and more! CFW Summer Camp is for aspiring naturalists grouped in ages 5-7 and 8-12.

Example itinerary:

8:30 - 9 AM - Breakfast prep and drop off for animals and morning walk.

9 - 11 AM: Check in and outdoor warm up activities.

11 - 11:15 AM: Bathroom break and snack time.

11:15 AM - 12:30 PM: Active learning lesson on topics including: habitat, ecosystems, food webs and more!

12:30 - 1:30 PM: Lunch

1:30 - 3 PM: Afternoon ambassador animal meet and greet and wildlife activity. 

3 - 4 PM - PM animal care assistance and evening activity. 

Activities for themed weeks change throughout the summer so do not worry about signing up for the same themed weeks. Our trained team will keep things fresh and exciting for all campers!
