field trips to Center for Wildlife

Take your students on a field trip to the Center for Wildlife!

Our educators and animal ambassadors will help your students connect with native New England wildlife and their habitats. As your students explore our nature center, outdoor ambassador enclosures, and trails, our educators will lead activities that are designed to teach about the unique roles wildlife have in their ecosystems, and how we at the Center help care for the unique animals that live in our community. Our field trips run for two hours and we can accommodate up to 75 students.

We are able to customize Field Trips to fit the needs of your learning curriculum!

Depending on the size of your group, we can provide large-group learning experiences or split groups into smaller groups and rotate through active learning stations.

Sample Field Trip Itinerary:

- Ambassador Animal Presentation - Customize a formal learning presentation on a topic of your choice featuring Center for Wildlife ambassador animals.
