The end of summer has arrived. What better way to welcome the chill in the air and the turning leaves, than a vegetarian feast amongst friends and fauna?
Beginning with a cocktail hour, enjoy a beverage under the lights in the raptor flight enclosure and snack on a selection of hors d’oeuvres guaranteed to satisfy your crispy crunchy cravings. Some of our beloved ambassadors will be present, either for a truly unique photo with you in a forest themed photo booth, or just for witnessing their beauty and grace. Once seated, you may find some fun wildlife trivia to share with your fellow diners as we toast to an unforgettable evening together and learn more about local wildlife and CFW's work!
Tender local greens and charred haricot vert, dressed in a fig port vinaigrette
with a goat cheese truffle
Family Style Main Course
Pumpkin Cassoulet. An autumn harvest stew of pumpkin, butternut squash, flageolet beans, and artichokes, lovingly simmered in a light & herbaceous vegetable broth
Classic S’mores; toast your own marshmallows just as you like and sandwich them in graham crackers with as little or as much chocolate as you desire!
